Announcing the Kim Lyn Workshops…all about the art of boudoir. The workshop is designed to give you insight into the world of boudoir. We will teach you skills in posing, marketing, and business. You will leave feeling inspired, passionate, and ready to take your boudoir photography to the next level. There will be thoughtfully designed instruction, hands on shooting, and a full Q + A.
We will start the day off with an introduction to the team that helped put this together and a brief intro into boudoir. Next we will be photographing a full styled Blush session (with posing tips from Kim Lyn). Followed will be a lunch and some mingling! We really want you to open up and meet other creatives! You never know when inspiration and great connections will happen. After lunch we will go into our second styled Blush shoot. Everyone will have time to shoot details and the model (not a professional model). We will finish up the day with the classroom portion of the workshop. Kim Lyn will give you insight into her business, her workflow, understanding what your clients want, using natural light, finding your style, and developing vendor relationships (great for people just getting into the industry). There will be a short Q+A followed by headshots! Don’t forget you will leave with some awesome swag!

What is included?
Your registration includes a full day of learning. We will start the day with introductions and go right into our styled shoots with posing instruction. Lunch will be provided, along with some awesome swag bags! Then we will work on the business aspect of boudoir. You will also receive an updated headshot!
What should I bring to the event?
Your equipment! We will be shooting in natural light so no flash is necessary. You can also bring something to take notes with.

What skill level is required for this workshop?
From beginner to seasoned professional. All levels of photographer are able to benefit from this workshop. A basic knowledge of shooting is essential as we will not be teaching technical aspects.
Can I use the images in my portfolio?
Of course! We do require all posts to provide vendor credit. A complete list will be given to you. You are also able to submit images for features/publications.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Your registration/ticket is non-refundable but you can transfer to another person.
