Happy Valentine’s Day lovers! I’m actually keeping my hubby waiting as I write this blog. We decided not to go crazy this year for Valentine’s Day buuuut if you know anything about me that just never happens. I always have a trick or two up my sleeve. I’ll keep you posted on what we ended up doing. I also have a Wedding tonight that I get to be witness to. My BFFL is getting married and I am so psyched that I get to be part of it. Congrats Jasmyne and Brad! Love you guys.
I’ve been working non-stop on some new and exciting things here at Kim Lyn Photography. I can’t wait to share them all with you. First, let me share this AMAZING stylized Winter Wedding I did. I collaborated with a friend to put it together. She is awesome at what she does. Thank you Jillian Perry for your expertise. I couldn’t have done it without you. A thank you to Christine Dianne MUA for working your magic. As always you did a phenomenol job. A special thanks to our models Miss Jessica and Mike. They were such troopers. Love them to pieces. We had such a fun time. I will even include some bloopers at the end.
Here is Dianne working her magic. She did hair and makeup for this shoot. I just love how it all came together. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does just by her attention to detail. She really is the best.
We had a very small budget to work with for this shoot. Many of the details came from basement shopping and the Dollar Store. But we made it work. You can definitely host your own stylized shoot for under $100.
I can’t get over how beautiful Jessica is. She literally glows in her all of her photos. She has such an awesome personality. One day she will be the most stunning bride. Did I mention that Jess was in 12 weddings?! 12! 
Can I just say I love all things vintage? This coat is actually the real deal. It belonged to my BFFL’s Aunt and yes…we found it basement shopping. Jessica’s pearls and lace dress go so perfectly with it.
The shoot was held at Jillian’s home in North Smithfield, RI. The property was just perfect. We may have borrowed her Grandparent’s bench though. I’m sure they won’t mind since they are soaking up the sun in Florida. 
Seriously, how cute are they? These are a couple outtakes of Mike and Jess just being themselves. Silly and fun. My kind of people. I love to laugh and most of my shoots are like this.
Thank you again for being part of this shoot to all those that helped. I couldn’t have done it without you. I had so much fun and hope to host a couple more as the weather gets warmer. This is the first “wedding” I have done. One day I hope to shoot real weddings. I’d love to shoot those small intimate weddings. The ones with just close family and friends that take place on the beach, in a backyard, at a lake, or someplace really special to the couple. I just want to be able to really connect with my clients and their guests.
