They have been together for 10 years, married on October 15, 2011. Meghan and Scott just celebrated their two year wedding anniversary and wanted to do something special to remember it. Married sessions are so special to me because after all the preparation of the wedding day, after all the the guests have come and gone, after all the thank you cards are sent out, you realize just how fast your wedding day went. All of the planning, all of the worrying, all of the time spent dreaming of your wedding day, it’s gone in an instant. We were able to recreate Meghan and Scott’s special day by doing this shoot together.
Meghan and Scott are one of those relaxed, down to earth couples that have an undying love for the Patriots and everything COUNTRY. They like to drive down the backroads of their town and nearby towns to enjoy the scenery of the farmland and pastures with their beautiful daughter Quinn. We knew we had to do their anniversary session at a farm.
I fell in love with Meghan’s dress! Her Grandmother actually picked it out. She tried it on as a joke at first (because Meghan loves pink) but as soon as she put it on everyone knew it was her dress. Meghan had her hair and makeup done by the amazing ladies at Secret Beauty Spa in Cumberland, RI. I think they definitely brought out her natural beauty.
The warmth of the sun and it’s gorgeous haze fell so perfectly on them and the farm. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I totally fell in love with this couple and feel so blessed to have shared this moment with them. If the sun wouldn’t have disappeared I would have shot with them forever.
I want to thank my amazing hubby Shiloh for coming out and shooting with me for this session. He did an amazing job. Can’t wait to be shooting beside him full-time. (Just a hint of what’s to come!)
